ON RAMP

Beginning course: practical classes of 1h divided in 7 Special classes that are made to introduce to the new members of the box.

CrossFit

Class directed by one or more instructors of 1h, which consists of a general heating, specific heating, technical explanation or work of force and main workout.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

It is a 1h training program, which aims to improve the performance of athletes. Where you are looking to increase your aerobic capacity, burn fat and increase muscle tone, all at the same time.

STRENGTH WOD

Strength training (resistance) is a 1 hour workout, which will help us improve the strength and endurance of your muscles. Where different exercises are included, that use the weight of the own body like resistance, combined with aerobic exercises.

OB (Open Box)

Hours are available for clients to train on their own, their own training, outside of the usual classes, can be supervised or not by a coach. These can be acquired as long as you have minimal experience doing crossfit.
